I am Very happy. So happy that I’m moving forward with some other projects. It is very hard to find someone who truly cares, Who isn’t trying to rip you off, Who understands the sacredness and vulnerability of the home and treats people with respect. Abe is wonderful. I almost don’t want to write this review because now everyone will call (haha! Jk) But I’m so impressed, the work was done Quickly, promptly, everything was cleaned after completion-I am just so thrilled. Abe went above and beyond. Don’t think twice just call. After having a not so good experience from another "roof repair" last year, I found Abe from Repair Guards, Inc from a post on my local Nextdoor page (not an ad). I was frantic about more leaks from recent rains and wanted an inspection and to cover the area and couldn't get anyone to arrive before the next rain. Abe answered the phone and kindly came out immediately. He did a diagnostic on my entire ceiling that showed more moisture issues that needed to be handled that I had no idea about, and covered the roof immediately. His quote was very close to the final cost for patching, and his final cost to repair the whole front roof was very reasonable, so we did the whole thing. The roof needed extra repair work, including the removal and re-installation of my solar panels, which was all covered in his total price. The roof looks beautiful and my panels all were handled with expertise and care. One room had to have almost the entire ceiling removed for leak repairs, with drywall and repainting done to perfection! Abe is very customer service oriented, knowledgeable, and stops at nothing to provide the best service possible. He is available at all times and is on site during repairs.
